Saturn Corporation Limited is seeking a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting uninterrupted production by ensuring timely material availability, inventory accuracy, and effective team supervision.
Responsibilities or duties
- Supervise safe and efficient unloading of shipping containers and receipt of incoming materials
- Oversee unpacking, inspection, verification, and proper storage of spare parts and components
- Coordinate timely issuance and distribution of materials to the assembly line in line with production schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock monitoring and reconciliation
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, housekeeping, and organization of warehouse materials
- Implement and enforce warehouse health, safety, security, and operational procedures
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams to support business objectives
- Prepare and submit real-time, accurate KPI, inventory, and operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory control
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, warehousing principles, and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience needed
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment
- Proven experience supervising warehouse teams and coordinating material flow to production
