Responsibilities or duties
- Advising guests on tailor-made travel itineraries for Tanzania and Zanzibar.
- Guiding clients from their initial inquiry until the completion of their journey.
- Preparing personalized travel proposals and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinating with operations teams and company lodges in Tanzania.
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
- Creating unforgettable safari and beach holiday experiences for clients.
