About the Role

The Tree Supervisor will oversee field implementation of tree planting activities, supervise field teams, ensure quality standards, and support farmers participating in the tree program.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations.
• Train and mentor field staff.
• Monitor implementation quality.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Ensure program targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Experience supervising field teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in rural areas.
