Background

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Supermarket in charge to oversee our daily operations and ensure excellent shopping experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations efficiently and effectively
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Implement store policies and procedures
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets
• Ensure clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
