HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Site Validator to support expansion efforts by conducting field data collection, site validation, and community engagement. The Site Validator will identify suitable remote locations for solar battery rental services, assess potential risks, and ensure sites meet company-specific approval criteria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess potential locations for new hubs/shops in line with company standards
  • Gather and analyze information on ongoing and upcoming electrification projects that may impact operations
  • Validate suitable land or shops for hub installation, ensuring structural and space requirements are met
  • Engage local leaders, community members, and stakeholders to promote solar energy and secure community buy-in
  • Collect and document site-specific data, including GPS coordinates, photographs, demographics, and infrastructure details
  • Produce clear, concise reports with recommendations on site suitability and improvement needs
  • Collaborate with the QA Expansion/Growth Lead to maintain a pool of approved sites within the region/country

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Energy, or a related field
  • Interest or experience in data collection, fieldwork, or site evaluation
  • Ability to collect and analyze data and prepare well-structured reports
  • Understanding of rural/remote community needs, particularly in energy access
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with mapping tools and data collection technologies is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently to remote locations
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and languages
