Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field. Experience in a similar role demonstrating outstanding technical, financial and analytical capabilities – minimum of 5 years.
Core Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across business units in line with MSAs.
- Financial Performance Management – Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure accurate accruals.
- Strategic Business Partnering – Provide financial insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and project delivery.
- Performance Reporting & Insights – Develop KPIs, dashboards, and scenario models to drive accountability and performance.
- Governance & Operational Efficiency – Ensure compliance, data integrity, and drive process improvements and automation.
Competencies
- Proven experience in budgeting, planning and forecasting tools.
- Project Management an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex organization.
