Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will sell products for the manufacturer to other businesses, government agencies, and organizations. This role involves identifying potential customers, explaining product features, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction .
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss how products can meet their needs .
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements .
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders .
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability .
- Demonstrate the operation or use of products .
- Maintain customer records using automated systems .
- Monitor market conditions and competitors' activities .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is often required, especially for technical or scientific products .
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills .
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills .
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
