JOB DETAILS:
We are a local manufacturing company specializing in men's underwear (boxers). Due to business expansion, we are looking for a capable Sales Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (clothing/underwear preferred)
- Strong local network and customer connections
- Familiar with wholesale market and distribution channels
- Ability to develop distributors and sales channels
- Highly motivated and result-driven
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales channels
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets
Salary:
- Starting from 1,500,000 TZS/month + commission (no upper limit)
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
