Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales team: Sales Supervisor, Sales Representatives and Customer Care Officer.

Set and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets across the team.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all product lines.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, developers, architects and engineers.

Oversee the full sales pipeline: prospecting, quotations, follow-up and closing.

Manage the Lumac Windows Agent Network: recruitment, training and performance monitoring.

Conduct regular sales training for the team and agents

Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Managing Director

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years in relevant sales roles.

Not less than 2 years served at the same company.

Age: 30 years and above.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in construction materials, aluminium or glass sector is an advantage.

Strong leadership, negotiation and closing skills.

Professional communication in Swahili and English.
