Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will focus on promoting and selling high-quality building finishing products (e.g., ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, engineered wood flooring) to property developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and sell a wide range of building materials products .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, and designers .
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio .
  • Provide professional product advice and tailor solutions to meet project requirements .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery .

Qualifications:

  • F.5 / DSE or above .
  • 2-3 years or more of B2B sales experience; candidates with building materials or project-based sales backgrounds have an advantage .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoys meeting people .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills .
  • Fluent in local language and fair English; Mandarin is a plus .
