About the role:

The Returnable Glass Analyst is responsible to drive a step change in Returnable Glass Management which will result in a great improvement of glass routines and reporting in order that the Business gets clear RGB insights on what is happening in the market.

To analyze the trends of glass KPIs (Glass TAT, RTI/ROR and Glass Losses) and set out actions for better and improved performances that will ensure availability of enough glass to fulfill production plans.

To collect customer analytics for Level 1 Move KPIs like OTIFNE, CFR and their drivers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing glass stock available in comparison to production plan per site in order to assess and identify associated opportunities/risks and suggest necessary actions to mitigate the situation.
  • Analyzing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly Glass TAT and RTI performances versus CBP targets and trends.
  • Reviewing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly Glass loss (Market chip necks, EBI rejections, Line breakages, warehouse and transit breakages) performances and trends.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly and/or monthly RGB performance report/deck.
  • Work closely with ABDMs and distributors for improved results on Glass RTI and Glass TAT.
  • Reviewing sample size and accuracy of glass TAT data gathered by RGB data clerks per site.
  • Prepare and submit Glass MBR deck for review.
  • Working collaboratively with commercial team to ensure that VSM perform basic sorting of glass at the point of picking in trade.
  • Analyzing and reviewing customer service KPIs (OTIFNE & CFR), and their drivers.
  • Collaborate with 3PL service providers to reduce warehouse and transit losses/missing to minimize Customer Returns and Refusals.

Experience / skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain or any other related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must possess both Data analytical and communication skills
  • 2 years of work experience in Beverage manufacturing industries
