Restaurant Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Purpose

Manage restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Conduct staff briefings and training.
• Monitor inventory and equipment.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years' restaurant management experience.
