JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Promote & sell parts, service programs & product support solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain regular customer contacts, track lost sales & gather market & inventory information.
- Submit call reports, perform inspections & provide recommendations & quotations.
- Collaborate with marketing & service teams to stay updated on new products & services.
- Support merchandising programs & customer awareness initiatives.
- Manage collections & ensure accounts are within credit terms.
- Continuously review technical & sales information related to parts & service to remain current & competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Caterpillar parts or service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts & service support.
- Proficiency in dealer software and technical tools (SIS, PSK, Microfiche).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & sales skills.
- Ability to use & interpret technical systems and dealer tools such as SIS, PSK, Microfiche, and dealer software.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
