Responsibilities or duties
- To lead the college by providing vision, direction and strategic management.
- To oversee the quality of teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum development.
- To oversee the implementation of NACTVET laws, regulations and guidelines.
- To prepare and manage college development plans.
- To manage finances, human resources and college assets.
- To manage staff performance and build a productive team.
- To promote the use of ICT in college activities.
- To promote collaboration with local and international institutions.
- To manage marketing activities and increase student enrollment.
- To carry out other duties as directed by the College Board.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Tanzanian citizen.
- Master's Degree; PhD will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of NACTVET systems and educational policies.
- Ability to plan strategies, lead teams and make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Swahili and English.
- Good IT skills.
