Pool Beach Supervisor

Department: Recreation

Reports To: Recreation Manager

Job Purpose

Supervise pool and beach operations to ensure guest safety, cleanliness, and excellent service while maintaining all recreational facilities according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and beach attendants.
• Ensure pool and beach areas remain clean and organized.
• Monitor guest safety and comfort.
• Coordinate the setup of loungers, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Inspect facilities and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with pool and beach safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory of towels and recreational equipment.
• Assist with organizing beach and pool activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Recreation, or Tourism.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in recreation or pool operations.
