Position Overview:

HRM365 is looking for a results-driven Pharmacy Team Lead – Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure safe and legal dispensing of medications.
• Oversee inventory, minimize expiries, and control stock losses.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff.
• Drive excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist registered with the relevant authority.
• 2–3 years’ experience in pharmacy operations or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, dispensing standards, and ethical practice.
• Leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
