JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
HRM365 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Procurement Officer to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products at optimal price and quality, in line with approved procurement plans.

- Proactive, commercially minded, and confident in supplier negotiations.
- Passionate about product availability, cost control, and supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product consumption trends and forecast demand.
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee procurement contracts and ensure compliance.
- Track deliveries and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Prepare regular purchasing, cost, and pricing reports for management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supplier networks.
- 2–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical procurement or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
