Position Overview:

HRM365 is hiring a customer-focused Pharmaceutical Sales Assistant to support sales operations and promote pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical and consumer health products.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information.
• Process sales transactions and support basic cash-handling activities.
• Ensure proper shelf arrangement and product visibility.
• Monitor stock levels and support re-ordering.
• Prepare sales and market feedback reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in pharmacy sales, FMCG, or retail pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, OTC, cosmetics, and personal care products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer literacy and numerical accuracy.
