Role Objectives
The Dealer & Seller Registration Officer is responsible for onboarding dealers and sellers onto the company’s digital ecosystem by registering accounts, shops, and users within the ERP system and Sales Application. The role provides critical back-office support to ensure dealers are properly activated, compliant, and ready to sell device financing products.
The officer will work closely with Sales Trainers and field teams to support dealer activation and improve sales performance across the dealer network.
What You Will Do
Dealer & Seller Onboarding
- Register dealers and sellers within the ERP system and Sales Application.
- Create and configure dealer accounts and shop registrations.
- Verify dealer documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer registrations and updates.
Dealer Activation & Support
- Follow up with newly registered dealers to ensure they are fully activated and able to transact.
- Support dealers in accessing and understanding system functionalities.
- Assist dealers with account setup and operational processes.
Sales Support
- Provide operational support to Sales Trainers and field teams.
- Monitor dealer activity and follow up with dealers to encourage sales participation.
- Ensure dealers have necessary information and system access required to process transactions.
Operational Coordination
- Maintain updated dealer records in internal systems.
- Support large-scale onboarding initiatives during dealer expansion campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or dealer management.
- Experience working with digital platforms such as ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of dealer or retail distribution networks in Tanzania is an added advantage.

- Organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Relationship management skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili (Kiswahili)
