JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement network infrastructure projects.
- Provide high-level support, monitor network performance, and resolve issues proactively.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, assign training sessions, and provide evaluations.
- Enforce network security measures to safeguard organizational data.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of network configurations.
Requirements:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems or a related IT field.
- Valid CCNA certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 1 year in network support, preferably in a service provider environment.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
