JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Motor Vehicle Electrician specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical and electronic systems within vehicles, including wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, and modern computer-controlled systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex electrical faults using wiring diagrams and multimeters/oscilloscopes.
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, sensors, fuses, and electrical components.
• Install, maintain, and repair vehicle accessories such as stereos, alarms, and GPS systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with lighting, ignition, charging, and starting systems.
• Service and repair advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), infotainment, and engine control units (ECUs).
• Work collaboratively with mechanics to integrate electrical work with mechanical repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (3+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive electronics and 12V/24V electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic software.
• Certification in auto electrical systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license.
