Job Purpose
The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being, implementing preventive healthcare measures, and supporting company health programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
- Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, or treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide emergency medical care when required.
2. Preventive & Community Health

- Conduct health education and awareness programs.
- Participate in preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Monitor and manage outbreaks of communicable diseases.
3. Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure medical practice complies with professional standards and ethical codes.
- Adhere to Ministry of Health regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Support the management team in health-related projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD/MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical Council (or relevant authority).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical practice.
- Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
