Job Summary.
• Our Client, an FMCG and Manufacturing Company is looking for a qualified Head of Sales who will be responsible in setting up the entire sales department, leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole.

Responsibilities;
• In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
• To deliver an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the department’s goals as well as the overall goals of the business.
• Setting up the entire sales department, this will include identifying sales distribution channels and setting up routes of distribution, identifying software options to track metrics with regards to the visibility of the brand, sales and so forth.
• Supervise regional sales managers.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed.
• Must have had at least 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager.
• Previous experience successfully managing sales teams in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
• A candidate for this position needs to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision

Job Summary.
• develop a fully integrated strategy for the business. He/she will be responsible for marketing through promotions and events with new and innovative marketing methods, oversee the use of integrated channels to attract customers and increase brand awareness. He/she will also oversee general marketing, communications and public relations efforts.

Responsibilities;
• Play a significant role in developing and implementing the company's long-term strategic plan including new product opportunities, acquisitions/ joint ventures, and other growth initiatives to meet the company's revenue and earnings targets.
• Create and execute a dynamic marketing plan that will build the company into a dominant brand, including the development of a consistent message integrated across all programs, promotions, products, and services.
• Identify, initiate and leverage partnership programs to build awareness of the company brand and drive incremental sales through alternative channels.
• Develop segmentation and customer relationship models that better identify targets and allow for more customized marketing programs.
• Be the visible voice and advocate for the end user within the organization.
• Direct a market research/ end-user insights function that will improve product development and new product introductions and guide the design effort, ensuring leading-edge, consumer-driven products and designs that meet manufacturing and cost goals.
• Lead the transformation of the company from a product-driven company to an end-user, consumer-driven company with an emphasis on superior quality in both products and services.
• Manage outside agency resources effectively, including advertising, public relations and corporate communication efforts to capitalize on brand presence opportunities.

Requirements

• Should have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years’ of experience in marketing fields.
• Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to link marketing strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and company financial goals.
• A history of successful brand management and equity building.
• The ability to develop a strategy from an in-depth analysis of consumer and/or customer insights.
• Proven success driving results and delivering a return on investment to the company.
• Comprehensive program development skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted, direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
• The ability to forge strategic alliances with key partners who can extend and build brand and company relevance.
• A track record of new product development with strong marketing and communications skills.
• Leadership Skills: It is essential for the Marketing Manager to be known for excellent influencing skills and for being able to drive consensus.
• Strategic Perspective: The Marketing Manager must be able to see and articulate a future direction and execute the same.
