Job Purpose

To lead the management and growth of investor portfolios and the development and commercialization of digital Capital Markets solutions, with responsibility for portfolio analytics, investment recommendations, investor acquisition and servicing, and technology-enabled investor journeys across the Bank's Capital Markets products and services.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Develop digital portfolio monitoring, performance reporting and investor analytics solutions to support client relationship management and investment decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors and system vendors.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance investor experience and drive Capital Markets business growth, while monitoring global market trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to ensure innovation, competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize and automate investor onboarding, account opening, trading, investment, reporting and customer service processes.
  • Work with Technology and relevant business units to develop digital platforms, APIs, integrations and other technology-enabled capital markets solutions.
  • Drive integration of Capital Markets services with the Bank’s digital channels, including mobile, internet banking and other appropriate platforms.
  • Support the development and promotion of digital and investment solutions by providing clients with investment recommendations and facilitating efficient access to capital market products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve transaction processing, investor engagement, market information dissemination and portfolio monitoring.
  • Lead business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and implementation of digital Capital Markets solutions.
  • Monitor adoption, usage and performance of digital solutions and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure that digital solutions comply with applicable regulatory, risk, information security, data protection and operational requirements.
  • Generate, monitor, and analyze investment portfolio performance reports while overseeing client asset servicing activities to ensure timely delivery of corporate entitlements, informed investment decisions, and optimal portfolio performance.
  • Create marketing strategies to increase efficiency and achieve sales targets for the unit.
  • Prepare and execute regular client engagement plans while monitoring client needs and market demand to enhance customer service, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure investor relationships and onboarding activities comply with applicable KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions, tax, regulatory and Bank policy requirements, working closely with Compliance and relevant control functions.
  • Develop digital monitoring and notification solutions for client asset servicing, corporate actions, settlements and portfolio events in collaboration with Securities Services and Operations.
  • Work with Fund Management, Trading, Operations and Securities Services to identify and automate transaction initiation, confirmation, settlement monitoring and client-notification processes.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards to monitor the Unit’s income, revenue performance, client activity and status, Assets Under Management (AUM), transaction volumes, deal pipeline, conversion rates and other key commercial performance indicators, providing timely insights to support business development, client management and revenue growth.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, financial technology, process automation or digital financial solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Capital Markets Products & Services.
  • Knowledge of digital banking platforms, financial technologies, and emerging trends in Capital Markets.
  • Experience in business process improvement, automation, and digital solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, AML/CFT, and KYC practices within financial services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliver results within stipulated timelines.
