Role Overview:

To ensure the optimal functionality, safety, and appearance of all restaurant/hotel facilities, equipment, and premises through proactive maintenance and swift repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of technicians and coordinate daily maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and building fixtures.
• Implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all critical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, especially during events.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Facility Management, Engineering, or a skilled trade.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
