GWAMBINA GROUP LIMITED is looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager to join its team and ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and safety of equipment and facilities.

Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are operating efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance operations.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance management (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and team management skills.
