Sinoray is looking for 1 Legal Officer
Legal Officer – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a legal or corporate environment
- Practical knowledge of OSHA regulations, labour laws, and related employment legislation
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ability to support legal and administrative compliance activities, including statutory filings and regulatory correspondence
- Familiarity with labor law, commercial law, and basic corporate governance requirements
- Strong legal research, analysis, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
- Professional integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
