Responsibilities:

• Introduce the Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers
• Ensure customers present all required documentation as per product specifications
• Certify all customer documentation and complete necessary documentation
• Forward customer applications to sales manager for checking before submission
• Ensure safe custody of customer documentation and protect customer confidential information
• Advise customers of the fates of their applications
• Collect market/competitor information from the field and feed to LG Leadership to improve products
• Be aware of channels through which customers can contact the bank to share feedback/complaints

Qualifications:

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies
