Role Overview:

To ensure all restaurant and hotel linens (tablecloths, napkins, uniforms, kitchen towels) are cleaned, processed, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing machines.
• Sort, treat stains, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens as per standard procedures.
• Maintain inventory of clean and soiled linens, especially tracking high-demand banquet linen.
• Inspect linens for damage and report needs for replacement.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet tight turnaround times, particularly for banquet events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. Previous laundry experience in a hotel/hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work in a warm, humid environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure spotless and pressed linens.
• Reliability and time management skills.
