Junior System Integrator — VoIP & CRM (Call Centre Solutions)

As a Junior System Integrator, you will work alongside senior engineers to support the deployment and integration of call‑Centre platforms, VoIP systems, and CRM solutions such as Odoo.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Assist with configuration of VoIP features (extensions, SIP accounts, call queues, IVR).
  • Support CRM integration tasks including click‑to‑dial, screen‑pop, and call‑log automation.
  • Participate in API‑based integrations (REST, webhooks) under guidance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of softphones, agent desktops, and call quality issues.
  • Run test cases for call flows, IVR, and CRM workflows.

Delivery & Documentation

  • Prepare technical notes, diagrams, and configuration documentation.
  • Support project delivery tasks and contribute to customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of configurations, issues, and change requests.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years experience in VoIP, CRM support, networking, or IT systems (internships welcome).
  • Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, IP networking, and softphone tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Odoo preferred, but any CRM experience is a bonus).
  • Interest in APIs, integrations, and automation scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

  • Exposure to PBX platforms (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Cisco, Webex).
  • Basic Python or Linux command‑line skills.
  • Experience in IT support for call‑Centre or helpdesk environments
