Main Duties

Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), virtual machines, and cloud instances (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Oversee network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections.

Support development teams with configuration of development, staging, and production environments.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint security, patch management).

Ensure compliance with data protection and industry security standards.

Maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) including backup and restoration procedures.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for internal users.

Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues quickly and efficiently.

Prepare and maintain documentation of systems, configurations, network diagrams, and SOPs.

Generate routine health check reports, security logs, and incident reports.

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network engineering.

Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux servers.

Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Experience managing firewalls, routers, switches.

Knowledge of database administration and backup strategies.
