CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow insurance sales, increase market penetration and achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, providing ongoing support and business guidance.
• Plan and execute marketing and customer education campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of insurance products.
• Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to improve commercial and operational results.
• Manage the digital solutions portfolio, ensuring effective delivery, performance and growth of products and services.
• Research, evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and financial products that support business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth across investment products and services.
• Manage relationships with investment partners and oversee service delivery activities, including fund movements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to evaluate product performance, customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, market and grow investment and partner products.
• Lead initiatives to increase product penetration and usage through targeted marketing, educational campaigns and other assigned Financial Services activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Insurance, Bank or Telecom Industry.
