JOB DETAILS:

A reputable company is seeking to recruit three (3) qualified and experienced Import and Export Operations Officers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities or duties

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing list, customs documents).
• Liaise with clearing agents, shipping lines, TRA, and port authorities.
• Track cargo movement and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle loose cargo and bulk cargo documentation.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Clearing & Forwarding, or related field.
• Good knowledge of port procedures and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience needed

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in import and export operations.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
