JOB DETAILS:
Job Profile:
To support business availability, stability, security, and effective use of enterprise systems, Core Banking System, and ICT infrastructure by providing operational support, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, and core assistance in line with Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Linux).
- At least 2–3 years relevant experience in ICT operations.
