HSSE REPRESENTATIVE / FLM

This role plays a vital part in upholding Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) excellence by ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable operations.

• HEALTH MANAGEMENT
  Support occupational health programs, monitor workplace hazards, promote health surveillance and wellness initiatives, and coordinate emergency medical response.
• SAFETY MANAGEMENT
  Implement and maintain the Safety Management System, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture.
• SECURITY MANAGEMENT
  Ensure a secure work environment, manage access control, support security plans, and promote security awareness across the site.
• ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
  Support the Environmental Management Plan, oversee waste and environmental monitoring, manage permits, and ensure compliance with legal and GSG standards.
• COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
  Liaise with authorities, ensure compliance, maintain permits, monitor HSSE performance, and prepare regular reports to the HSSE Manager.

• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001 auditor) highly desirable.
• Additional security management qualifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are an advantage.
