For

Provision of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of the Technical Sports Center Phase II in Mnyanjani-Tanga City

1. The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has received financing from FIFA for the Construction Supervision Consultancy of Phase II of the Technical Sports Center in Tanga City. TFF intends to apply the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.

2.

The Federation now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): Provision of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of the Technical Sports Center Phase II in Mnyanjani-Tanga City. The Terms of Reference provide more details on the Services.

3. A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents in English may be purchased by interested Consultants upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 200,000/=. The Payment should be made through:

4. Interested firms must provide information indicating they are qualified to perform the services by submitting a consultant's profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

5. A firm will be selected under the Quality Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP and the policies detailed in FIFA Forward Development Programme Regulations.

7. Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes, in one original plus Four (4) copies as well as a soft copy on the flash disk that is similar to the Original, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked 'Proposal No: TFF/P/2024/004for Provision of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of the Technical Sports Center Phase II at Mnyanjani in Tanga City. The Proposals should be delivered to the address: The Secretary, TFF Tender Board, Tanzania Football Federation, Karume Memorial Stadium. The submission deadline is extended to Tuesday, 3rd September 2024, at or before (10:00AM) 10:00 hrs EAT.

8. Late Proposals, electronic Proposals, and Proposals not received; Proposals not opened at the Proposal opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation, irrespective of the circumstances.
