Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and submit documentation for regulatory approvals with GCLA, TBS, and TMDA.
  • Maintain accurate records of product registrations, permits, and certificates.
  • Ensure all import/export documentation complies with national standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clearing agents, suppliers, and internal departments to secure timely approvals.
  • Track validity periods of certificates and initiate renewals before expiry.
  • Provide regular reports to management on compliance status and documentation progress.

Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Tanzania regulatory authorities (GCLA, TBS, TMDA) and their documentation processes.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in documentation, imports/exports, or regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.
