Responsibilities:

  • Manage software license orders, track renewals, and send timely reminders (90/60/30 days).
  • Prepare monthly reports covering renewals, pending actions, and accounts at risk.
  • Analyze risk factors for non-renewals and assess customer engagement/product usage.
  • Conduct health checks and effectively communicate the value of the product to customers.
  • Arrange and conduct customer visits to collect feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with account teams.
  • Ensure accurate submission of end-user details for seamless order processing.
  • Follow up to ensure installation and activation of software solutions.
  • Offer basic technical support or escalate to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of all orders, client communications, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in cloud-based tools and software platforms.
  • Customer-centric, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Basic understanding of software licensing and IT support.
