Background:

TUI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Credit Collection Manager to oversee accounts receivable functions at TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar. The role involves managing credit risk, collections, and internal collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and credit limits
• Ensure timely collections and proactive follow-up on debtors
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues
• Conduct monthly credit meetings and prepare aging reports
• Supervise collections process and mitigate credit risks
• Reconcile debtors' accounts and train Accounts Receivable team

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Credit Manager in luxury hotel or hospitality brand
• Strong knowledge of credit control, financial analysis, and Excel
• Experience with financial software and internal controls
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
