Job Description

To provide an inbound and outbound, sales and service function to clients across multiple mediums (i.e. telephone, chat, social media, etc.), within agreed service levels and client experience requirements.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field 

Experience Required
Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
Experience of the bank's products, processes and systems. Experience within a contact centre environment. Experience in sales campaigns and client onboarding.
