We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and must be energetic, reliable, and a critical thinker capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Budget & Resource Management: Control project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts; provide regular progress reports.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks; resolve delays or emergencies.
- Contract & Legal Compliance: Review contracts, secure permits/licenses, and ensure legal compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Professional certification: ERB or AQRB (mandatory)
PMP® certification (preferred but not critical)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of solid experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and reliable professional
