As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Candidates to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

          Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the markets.

          Develop and execute business development strategies to increase loan sales and revenue.

          Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

          Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

     Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on loan products, eligibility criteria, and the application process.

          Meet and exceed sales targets, including loan disbursement goals.

     Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, credit, and operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.

          Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders about loan offerings.

          Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or inquiries promptly.

          Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loans.

Qualifications:

          Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

     At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in Financial Institutions.

          Strong knowledge of car loans (or similar financial products).

          Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

          Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

          Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

          Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
