JOB DETAILS:

Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Head Bartender

Job Purpose

Prepare and serve beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages.
• Serve guests promptly.
• Maintain bar cleanliness.
• Monitor beverage stock.
• Process guest payments.
• Verify legal drinking age where applicable.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Report stock shortages.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Bartending or Hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
