Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC) invites applications from suitably qualified, competent and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position:

Responsibilities or duties

This role involves managing bancassurance, sales, and agency operations. Specific duties would include driving business development, sales growth, and agency management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business Administration and Finance.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of Insurance regulations and industry best practices.

Experience needed

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in the Insurance industry, including at least three (3) years in Bancassurance, Sales and Agency management.
• Proven record of success in business development, sales growth, and agency management.
