Farm of Dreams Lodge

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Culinary training or certification.
• Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare high-quality meals.
• Supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and operational efficiency.
