JOB DETAILS:

AC Technician

Department: Engineering

Reports To: Shift Engineer

Job Purpose

Maintain, repair, and service all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure guest comfort and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Repair air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
• Replace faulty components.
• Clean filters, ducts, and condenser coils.
• Monitor refrigerant levels.
• Respond promptly to guest room air-conditioning complaints.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain service records.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC maintenance.
