JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient beverage service to casino guests to deliver top-notch client service.
• Observant and responsive to guests’ needs without being intrusive and disturbing gaming activities
• Greet guests warmly, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the interaction, and be attentive to any special requests or preferences
• Accurately take food and drink orders from guests and communicate
• Be able to memorize the menu and offer recommendations based on the client’s taste.
• Build relationships with regular clients, understanding their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Follow all applicable standards for customer services, rules, and regulations of the health department.
• To carry out any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any field)
• Customer service skills
• Physical stamina
• Team-work
• Communication skills (Must speak English)
• Attention to details
• Flexibility to work both Day and Night Shifts
• Women not more than 26 years

WORKING HOURS
8 Hours per shift including Public Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Level of Education: Associate Degree
