Kibosho Vocational Training Centre (KVTC) Invites applications of suitably qualified Tanzanians to be
considered for immediate employment to fill the following posts:

ACADEMIC POSITIONS

1. MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

a. FIELD: Engineering Sector
POSITION: Vice Principal

QUALIFICATIONS
A. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• For Vice Principal and Manager should possess a Diploma/Degree in the respective education All teachers should possess a Certificate/ diploma/ in their teaching field.
• Should possess Certificate of vocational training teacher
• For the hospitality sector, a teacher Should be able to teach at least two programs and related subjects like French language or German language, Computer, Life skills, English and communication skills for hospitality,
• For the engineering and Agricultural sectors, a teacher should be able to teach at least two related subjects like Engineering Science, Computer, Life skills, English and communication skills, Technical drawing, and Entrepreneurship
• He/She should have experience of at least 2 years in the education field and 3 years in the professional field

B. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

C. MAIN DUTIES
• Set, and invigilate the students' assessments (CBA)
• Caries out theory teaching and practical teaching (CBET).
• Adhere to the teaching based on the VETA guidelines (CBET)
• Citing the teaching manual and compendium
• Supervise field practicals and projects
• Planned, organize, and perform income-generating projects both inside and outside the school.
• Carries out consultancy and public service
• Work to improve the sustainability of the institution
• Work on the farm
• Workshop management and storekeeping
• Care for KVTC properties and environment
• Perform any work of the school as assigned by relevant authorities

D. MAIN DUTIES FOR THE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
For the position of the Vice Principal
a. Overseeing the daily operations of the school
b. Ensuring efficient management
c. To provide strategic direction for the project
ii. For the position of the manager
a. Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
b. Ensuring efficient management
c. To provide strategic direction for the project
d. Coordinate the training in the hospitality department

TERMS OF SERVICE
• Two years contract, pensionable start with three months' probation

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
