Tanzania Teachers’ Union Tender; TTU/2022/2023/T-SHIRT/C For Supply of May Day T-shirts and Caps

This Invitation for Tenders follows the Tanzania Teachers’ Union Financial Regulation 3rd Edition of 2018.

Tanzania Teachers’ Union has set aside funds for the operation of Tanzania Teachers’ Union during the financial year 2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of May Day T-shirts and caps.
Tanzania Teachers’ Union now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for carrying out the Supply of May Day T-shirts and Caps 2023.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in Tanzania Teachers’ Union Financial Regulation 3rd Edition of 2018.

A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers through and upon payment of a nonrefundable participation fee of 500,000 TZS. Payment is performed through bank via account Mwalimu commercial bank (MCB) 0351083201 Tanzania Teachers’ Union or NMB 20101300312 and collect set of Tendering Documents physically at Tanzania Teachers’ Union Head quarter office, Jamhuri Stadium from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the

Tendering Documents.
All Tenders must be physically submitted in the proper format, at or before 16/11/2022, 09:59AM. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the TTU Head quarter office, ground floor meeting room, BOX 3077, Jamhuri Stadium, Dodoma.
