Buckreef Gold Company Limited ("BGC") is a Joint Venture Company between TRX Gold Tanzania Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TRX Gold Corporation (a Canadian registered and public listed Company, NYSE:TRX,TSX:TNX) and State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) for the redevelopment of the Buckreef Gold Project. The company has operations located in Mnekezi Village, Geita District, Tanzania.

The evaluation of the prospective bidders will be done based on the following minimum criteria:

a. Approved Local Content. Compulsory. b. Company profile, shareholding structure, and list of directors,

c. financial statement for at least two (2) years.

d. Eligibility of the vendor: valid business

license, certificate of Incorporation, OSHA certificate, NSSF, WCF, TIN & VAT certificate. e. Authorized distributor or Approved Dealership f. Tax clearance certificate,

g. Company Code of Conduct and Ethics

h. Policies/procedures dealing with Forced and Child Labour, Human right policy

i. Experience on similar projects by having a list At least three clients with purchase orders /signed contract.

Expressions of interest should be submitted by email (procurement@buckreef.co.tz) no later than 02:30p.m 01TH August 2024 (Submission deadline). Interested applicants must submit their EOI by quoting specific EOI reference number and description in the subject of the email.
